We are looking for the very best customer service champions to join our team. We care about what we do and how we do it.
In your role, you will:
- You are the first contact for our candidates after their registration on our platform.
- Handling candidates enquiries as they come in via phone, whatsapp and email
- Proactively identify issues and problems before they arise
- You are responsible for the quality assurance and optimization of our candidate profiles.
- You think outside the box and take on one of the most important roles in the company – the voice of our candidates
- You are organized, detail-oriented and have a passion for customer service and a deep empathy for the customer experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Pragmatic mindset and entrepreneurial drive
- Strong communication skills over different levels
- Work experience in costumer care and start-up environment is a plus
- Excellent language skills (written and spoken) in English; other languages are considered as a plus
- Experience within a costumer service environment is a plus
- Enjoy being a team-player within an international team and shift work should not represent a problem
