Product plays an essential role in our mission of becoming the global leader in healthcare staffing. We develop innovative digital solutions for healthcare professionals and employers, revolutionizing how staffing is done in this industry.

We’re now looking for an experienced Automations Product Manager. In your role you’re driving the automation of business processes across the entire organization with the use of digital tools, boosting efficiency and productivity of our day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize smart digital solutions to automate business processes, using tools like Zapier, where little or no coding is required
  • Develop and test no-code product prototypes to deliver rapid business value and pave the way for future product development
  • Identify pain points and develop solutions
  • Work closely with Operations, Data, and Engineering to identify pain points, develop new solutions and continuously improve our product
  • Lead an interdisciplinary product team in an agile development process
  • Take on full ownership for your part of the product and maintain a productive relationship with stakeholders to understand their requirements down to the last detail and solve their problems
  • Juggle multiple project requests and setting them up from beginning to end with multiple iterations
  • Break down complex issues into tangible parts to deliver pragmatic solutions

Your Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a PM role or similar positions in a software development environment
  • Acquainted with the entire product lifecycle from strategy to delivery
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar technical discipline
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies, software architecture and system design
  • Pragmatic mindset and entrepreneurial drive with appreciation for the MVP concept
  • Strong project management and communication skills, team player
  • Analytical thinking, good understanding of operational processes and business KPIs
  • Fluency in English, German is a big plus
