Our Recruitment Process

We are looking forward to receiving your application! Please attach a CV - there is no need for a traditional cover letter, just let us know why you are a good fit in brief. Please provide your salary expectations and notice period as well.
You invested time in your application, now we are going to invest time in carefully reviewing it. Generally you can expect to hear from one of our recruiters within a week of applying.
Recruiter Interview
During the recruiter interview, we will get to know each other a little better. We would love to hear about your skills and motivation for applying as well. You’ll have a chance to ask any questions you may have about the position and MEDWING. The interview lasts about 30 minutes.
Practical Assessment
Some positions require additional case studies and/or coding challenges (for technical roles). Our recruiters will inform you if this applies to your case and provide you with everything you will need.
If the recruiter interview and assignment go well, you will meet your future manager(s), as well as different peers - the more people you get to know, the easier it will be to settle in if there is a job- and team-fit.
If we all agree on working together, we usually don’t waste any time and make you an offer right away. Our awesome HR department will send you the contract and discuss all relevant details with you.

5 Tips for the recruitment process



Start with your resume. Set up a short but meaningful document: Align your experience with our job description, be specific about previous projects and training programs.



You already did a great job browsing through our website! We want you to get to know us better, so you can assess if we’re a great fit. We recommend checking out our website, Kununu page and Instagram account.



Take some time for self-reflection before the interview. Browse through common interview questions and reflect on your strengths and weaknesses, as well as what you expect from your dream job.



For remote interviews, ideally, you’re using a computer. However, if this is not possible feel free to join via phone. We recommend testing your connection as well as the audio setup before the interview. Please avoid noisy locations. If you don’t have access to a private space, many public libraries allow you to book a private room.



Feel free to take notes. We will do so as well and it can assist you in remembering important information or questions that might come up later.
